Hello so I have been using unblock-us for a while to what Netflix and other out of area streams but when I went to pay the monthly account my credit card has expired and I have not got a new one. So I thought I would check out uno-dns but before I set it up I came across media hint, it is a free extension for firefox and chrome that allows you to over come geoblocked services. I think its worth checking out.
I installed the firefox extension and it seemed to work flawlessly for Netflix.

You get what you pay for in my opinion. Any free service with a Paypal donate button usually goes arse up after a few months. But thats the risk you take.
Slightly off topic, but you can buy a pre paid credit card at major supermarkets now.

I usualy just pay automaticaly with my standard visa but I had not realised my card had expired and I had not recived a new one. I use the same Australian Visa for netflix payment too. If it wasnot restricted to internet browsers the service would be good.
I set up another bank account and they direct debit straight from there. It's separate from my main account and I can transfer a few $$$ at a time.
Set it up so that if no funds then no extra can be withdrawn if no $$$ in it. works fine
Thanks for the link....my findings
I just tried the extension on the UK TV site, ITV.
All I had to do was confirm a UK postal code ( I used SW19 3RQ ) and it was away. Previously, I always got the unauthorised message because of my Aussie location
BBC iPlayer also working.
It did not work on uk tv channel 5,geo blocked
Thanks
Aust Post Load n Go works fine if that helps anyone.
Thanks for the Media Hint link..... but my old Free DNS setting i've used since the first Netflix thread here was posted is still working just fine
No need to add third party extensions from unknown sources.... But it is another option i guess
