    Default Where's NHK on D2??

Anyone know what's happened to NHK on 12546/D2?
Signal is still there (SQ 80%) but a blank screen.
Did a Blind Scan for FTA, and it came up with NHK on 12546, but again nothing on screen.
Checked their website and, for Australian satellite reception, it showed only Foxtel/D3/Ch656.
Please, someone, tell me it's just a temporary glitch, and that we haven't lost yet another FTA??

    Thanks, Leroy,

My worst fears are now realised.

That pretty much leaves only AJ and RT to justify the Ku dish - wonder how much longer they'll last.

The way things are going, satellite gear for FTA is just going to be just so much scrap metal.

Other option is a 90cm with a Cband feed.. should be fine to load NHK in HD via Intelsat 19 cband in most parts of Australia

Maybe for the ex foxtel 65cm. I find I'm going for more gain and better stability as some of these SNG DVB-S2 feeds are proving harder to lock and keep locked.
FreeSat V7 Combo, Amiko A5 combo, UltraPlus X-1000HD+, Mediastar HD8200s
    2.4m motorised mesh, 1.2m on D2, 1.2m on D1, 95cm on IS19

Thanks appsatv - I've got a new 2.3m motorised dish sitting around waiting to be installed - just haven't had time yet since we only recently moved into the property, and SWMBO reckons there are far more important things for me to be doing than playing around with satellite dishes.
I'm hoping that by the time I get it up and running, there will still be something worth watching that hasn't been snaffled up by one of the Pay operators.
Was thinking of getting a 1.2m Ku dish for a 3-LNB setup (currently running 2 on a Strong 85cm - effective, but a bit crowded) - if I do, I might just play around with that suggestion of yours.
