    Default Freeview 'streams'?

    Hi All,

I don't know too much about this stuff, but I have terrible reception in the house I'm in, some days I can watch all digital channels no problem, other days only SBS. The landlord is not interested in doing anything about it either.

ANYWAY, I'm wondering if there is a way to watch the 'live' streams of the freeview channels somehow? I use the catchup services occasionally but wondered if there was a way to watch it in realtime? I use a HTPC with Mediaportal as my main source of entertainment and wonder if I can integrate live feeds into the online videos plugin for it or similar.

Thanks Phil but that is another catchup service, not a live stream.

Have you thought about buying a VAST set top box & satellite dish setup, register it as a traveler, perfect reception & if you move out, take it with you.
search thread for traveler & read for more info.
    It's easier than you think.
    Cheers, Tiny
