Default 4K UHD plans for Netflix in next couple of years

Probably something we'll never experience in Australia but streaming 4K is in the pipeline

OMFG!!! and you're with Telstra too.
My old 3G phone on Optus downloads at twice that speed.

    Maybe time you shopped around.

4K needs HDMI 2.0 apparently only been out a month so no hardware has it yet. Though sony 4K sets are upgradeable through firmware.
I wonder if Foxtel will require a new STB for 4K?
A 4K HDMI 2.0 projector for viewing seems the best solution due to the size of the image required to appreciate 4K.
