ok so ive been doing some hunting and there is something new on the horizon.... actually 30 days away to be exact. there is a new company is the usa that has the FCC approved license to rebroadcast cable services from " the dish network" in the usa and " sky uk " from the united kingdom

this has to be the first of its kind. mind you the prices to broadcast the channels and become a provider for them is lets say around $70000 usd per month...

anyway good news. some business has taken on this service and in 30 days it will be active to the world.

one main thing you might be interested to know is that this service will be available on "ROKU"

Once this is active ill keep everybody posted..... ill take the plunge to get the service.

speaking to the owners of the server they have told me that a full package service should be around $40usd per month..... which considering the channels would knock foxtel out of the ballpark.

Interesting, IPTV is really going to get big in the next couple of years particuarly with a faster broadband rollout than we would have had.
