Openbox X3 Freezing/Locking up

Gents, I am having problems with one of my Openbox X3's, I've reset to Factory Defaults, updated to latest firmware, downgraded to older firmware, but every morning the box will be completely locked up and have to be switched off & then turned back on, or sometimes my TV gets no signal at all, and have to do the same reset procedure.

The box is in the open, well ventilated, but does get fairly warm on the top cover, anybody experienced this with their Openbox or have any suggestions?

By the way fixed this one although I'm not quite sure what the problem had to do with the box locking up, it was a faulty NIC/port
on my router, figure that one out ???
