Feedback on my site please

I have almost finished my site: . I have still got to do some seo work to it and I need to touch up some of the product images. I have used flash for the banners, is this a good idea or would I be better of using animated gifs?

Any comments, suggestions and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Looks good singler3. Flash is OK for content that is not important since not all people browsing your site will support it. Be careful with to much flashing stuff on a page. It could make people leave the site. You already have them on your site. No more need to "flash" for there attention.

Flashblock works a treat, why should you have to use bandwidth or install special software to look at a site.
