Only a guess but it looks like your are only receiving vert on your LNB.

FBO, Adult are on Vert. Everything else is on Horz.

    LNB setting ?

Not sure what the setting is called on the strong. Value should be something like 1 MHz. V/H switch...

    Don't know. Don't have one.

My settings for my 10700 LNB is LNB LOF switch 1 MHz

    Yours might be different.

You Need to adjust your lnb. Looking from the front of dish, turn your lnb so the connection is at 7 O'Clock approx.

Today i realised only the channels in vertical i can see not horizontal and when i twist the lnb i see only horizontal channels. in both cases i have good signal strength over 70% in my humy and strong. is there anyway i can fix this so i don't go to my roof every minute?

Go back on the roof, and look at the sticker on the lnb
It should tell you whether it is 12.25Ghz, 10.6, 10.7 etc
Depending on what type it is, dictates what setting you should have in your lnb menu settings of the decoder.

Then go into both lnb settings in your decoders, and tell us what they are set up as in there on C1

Go get that info and report back

now check you lnb settings in your STB to make sure it's set to 11300.

to me it sounds like a skew issue as you can get both polarities or maybe a faulty LNB. How much are you twisting the lnb between getting vert and hor channels?

it doesnt matter how much i turn it as i have signal for both in any direction i twist but if i see the horizontal i don't see vertical and if i see vertical i can't see horizontal. in humy it comes up "e37 service error"

Yes...agree with Leroy...check skew, if not, throw on another lnb. If you can't afford a new one, look at the tip/recyclers...usually lots there.
Kristal electronics sell lnb's at a nice cheap price...look in there specials section

It's like one polarizaton is only working.
