Measat 3 at 91.5°E

From this sat I can get all the channels on vertical C-band. But there is one I can't, the one on 3645/v 19510 3/4. Is there anyone, who can lock on to this TP? On my UEC and Star decoders, I have signal and signal quality, but they not lock on to this freq. On my Strong 4653x decoder, no quality at all. This is the TP with Digicipher 2 and a few free to air. I'm after the free to air channels, they all on a Global TP, so why can't get them? Can someone have a look with C-band dish? Thanks.

hi there you need a digicipher 2 decoder there a different format ,ive never seen 1 in australia ive seen a fair few on ebay usa etc ,thanks hamguy2 nsw

You don't need a digicipher capable box for the FTA's on this TP.

I too cannot receive quality from the Solar bouquet on this ner Newcastle on a 2.4m mesh. Indeed, even TV Natin is weak, though sometimes ok. RTM's etc are okay.

The answer might be a larger diameter dish - 3.7m. Might like to check Vetrun FTA forum for other experience re this.
