IGO primo 2 Android Increase volume?

Is it possible to increase the volume level for IGO Primo 2 running on Android phones?

I currently running this on my HTC mobile phone running Android 2.3.5 and with all volume levels at max still isn't loud enough on the phone.

Found this SYS.TXT setting on another forum to increase the volume. Said to increase the volume without distorting the sound by raising it too high.
