Please also note from what i have heard these channels are a direct distrubution from sky in the uk as they pay a price to distribute outside of the UK so it seems to be fully legit. but im not 100% sure.

mrcovers do you know how it works with XBMC? i sold my mag250 and would like to try it with XBMC on my android quad core box. P.M if necessary.

I have been trying it out for a couple of days. More expensive than iptv deals, but the quality on sd is slightly better and they have HD channels.
You will need at least 2mbps connection to watch HD and 1.5 Mbps for sd, whether you use mag250, Xbmc or pc.

Hoe, how good is HD compared to say Netflix HD ?
I have that much TV I cant watch it, but I tempted to get one of these boxes and have a gig

Probably on a par with Netflix hd.
Google sky iptv, there are plenty of suppliers/resellers. They all seem to offer a trial.
You will need a better connection than Netflix hd though.

With the roku and Netflix/amazon/hulu/vudu and the mag 250 with sky uk, I haven't turned on the ultra plus sat receiver for months.

We havent had it this good for a long time.
Works fine with XBMC on my Android box. SD is great a bit of buffering on HD sports channels.

i use this service for web based streaming. works great for me while at work. im sticking to iptvdeals for this price atm. they are also adding hd channels every day.
to hoe - there are alot of resellers but im trying to find the main sources. most guys resell off these 2 services. better off going direct to the source to save yourself the reseller trying to make some cash.
ill keep my eyes peeled for new servers popping up. there is another one but not as good as these 2.
Its up to the individual to work out if sites are legit. We dont have the time or resources to go through them.
So all due dilligence is on the subscriber.
There are literally thousands of sites offering IPTV and its up to anti piracy organisations to deal with any doing the wrong thing, we are not the police.

i've just paid for 6 months with iptvdeals, as im happy with the quality and service.
there are still a few channels without epg, but they have just added 7 day catchup service....
the others offer lots of extra sports channels, but they are nearly all soccer and i'm not interested....

i tried it its not bad seem to buffer a lot on XBMC and web i so need to get a MAG 250 i am on optus cable here. Which is meant to be so great but what a joke ! anyway where in Australia can you by the mag 250 i did find this site but its in Europe
graham.85, its probably not your optus cable.
iptv connection has to be set up in your router, not all routers are iptv friendly.
try giving the pc running xbmc a static ip and placing it in the dmz.
ok i will look into it the cable modem is connected to a Belkin AC 1200 wireless would i have to change the modem or the Belkin device settings ?

Whichever one you are using as a dhcp server, I assume the modem.
