They got back to me and offered the monthly rate so I have gone for it . The service is good but no catch up on bbc or itv and a few uk channels missing so I will not be renewing .

Power the STB off at the power point ....... give it a rest for a while then try to power it back up again ....

Maybe check your Subscription status with the server provider ...... also check the Server & Mac Address details are correct ......

Nothing to do with your Internet service provider

the STB is basically a receiving device for an IPTV service that supports the Mag 250 STB

The IPTV Provider has a Server, & they give you settings to put into the STB, (& usually requires a subscription)

Not much will work on the STB otherwise .......

You create a playlist .m3u file
put it on a usb stick plug in to mag 250 go to inner portal and add iptv channels it'll load the .m3u can't remember exactly my mag 250 isn't being
used currently.

BBC2 worked for one day ? Another channel that is still working is a Russian one ,

At last found a free server , but it will only stay free while they are setting it up .

Just enter in your portal , no need to register your mac number .....yet.
