They never reply. I've tried them several times The site only shows very old firmwares too for some reason.

there updates for firmware is over a year old
I am disapointed
The issue is a balancing act by the manufacturer between supplying and supporting a product that can be used for receiving paytv (you can decide how it maybe received)
We're not missing out on any firmware updates and the firmware is quite mature now resulting in less frequent updates.
I personally still use an UltraPlus 9200 (running older firmware 2.10.29 for the austar/foxtel 7 day epg) as my primary receiver in the lounge with an Xcruiser in the family room. There is a dreambox for logging etc and that's my collection these days (oh I forgot there is the Azbox for 4:2:2 duties!)

My ultraplus 900 has stopped working due to popping a capacitor in the power supply, tried getting hold of supplier
need a circuit diagram to find out what size cap is ?
Can you still buy the power supply for the 900 ?
If so how much to buy ?
or maybe someone has second hand power supply ?

You should be able to get a pus through the free view shop. Worse case I think I still have one but postage is a killer. Maybe start a new thread and post a pic of the psu.

Ok you need to update then if that's broken. I don't use you tube so not so fussed updating just for that. I'll see if I can get an update for you.

What happened to 2.11.97 firmware for the 900HD ?
Interesting. I thought 2.11.77 was the latest. Maybe .97 will fix both my problems?
Just looked through the Forum and seems you can only get this from Ultrapower and a number of members had contact issues.
I run v2.11.87 and it works perfectly. Never been able to find a link to .97 to try that one.
