Default Lost FTA channels through optuscable/foxtel pace box...help please!

As the heading suggests I have an optuscable running into the foxtel Pace box. My FTA channels are no longer in the menu / accessible. Any reason this would spontaneously happen? All other foxtel channels are receiveable/ok. Thanks.

Nothing - channel shows up in the listing, with what's on but the ND stays yellow. All other channels work fine.

Also - just had this setup, so it has never worked.. since the setup last night

    Cheers

usually its to do with the automatic update that happens during the month if theres any new updates that optus sends down.

if a update skrews something up then it could be as simple as just doing a update again. power up down power on the box, or optus can do a remote box hit(auth) which usually never works.

we usually replace the unit because the unit is somehow faulty.
