Default Is Dragon Touch tablet any good?

I have been thinking of getting a Dragon Touch because I don't want to pay over $150 for a tablet. The Dragon Touch seems like a great device because it offers a fast processor, a good RAM memory, and MicroSD card slot. Has anyone owned a Dragon Touch tablet? What do you think of the device? Is it good comparing to other well-known brands?

Does it run on the current Android system?
    Are Firmware updates available?
Do they offer a support on their webseite?
Are there any authorised resellers in AU?
Does the battery last at least 2 hours with all sensors working and using it as a GPS or playing intense games?
If no stay away unless you seek something cheap and don't care how long it will be supported.

I haven't heard of the Dragon Touch, but you will find a little information at the Tech Republic and XDA Developer forums.

You should search the many other Android tablet forums also. Some references to such forums can be found in previous threads in this section of the forum.

Well, last I checked that the Dragon Touch does run Android 4.1, which isn't bad considering it's the kind of brand almost no one has heard of. I am not sure whether or not the filmware will get updated, but it has a dual-core processor, but the memory is a little too small, which is only 512 MB RAM. I am thinking about this device, but the RAM kind of draws me off.

Well that is a new name in the tablet industry. I think I might get myself one of them. It is good also to diversify your options not just look at one product. I will check out a few reviews about the company and its tablets.
