Samsung SGHZ140 PC connecting problem

Hi all

having a lot of trouble connecting to the pc, using the software that came with ph "samsung pc studio"

I think I'm doing everything right, switch off ph before connecting the cable, then ph auto switches on, there is a little icon on the LCD which indicates ph is connected to pc, however the software just does not want to recognise th ph?

any ideas?

if your talking about the clock sychonising went I connect then yes!!

i mucked around with it again tonight and got it to sychronise, once it did that it connected, so I disconnected and tried to reconnect and nothing...not happy Jan

still no good Kev, although I did manage to connect after I deleted and clean install again.....thanks anyway its not a great drama
