Usb Artec DVB-T tuner T 14 BR V1.A Driver needed

Is there any member using the USB Artec DVB-T tuner (T14 BR V1.A), a mate of mine asked me to post this message, he tried in vain to find the driver on the net with no success.

Its probably a long shot, I remember buying a few of those a few years ago. I will have a look this arvo in case I have a driver disc but I dont like your chances. I can remember that I found them pretty buggy.
