    Default Add security exception??

I get these messages when using thunderbird email client.

    It has only started today.

Any clues...I have asked bigpond, but no reply yet.

Telstra may have changed their security certificate, I don't know why. I have not seen similar from them as I am with bigpond but my client is outlook. If you block it, does everything still work? If so, then set up a permanent block, otherwise, permit it.

is your computers time and date correct - if not the security certificate won't pass the check...

back again...still no reply from bigpond.

It seems I have solved the problem at this stage....fingers crossed.

I noted the words in the pictures "AVAST"...so I did a scan of the pc, it found nothing.

I then scanned with malwarebytes, it showed this....

I did a delete, a reboot, and now all is running ok....I couldn't see any reference to thunderbird or the like in there, or in the logs, so not quite sure why it is ok now, but it is....

    Thanks all...
