2.3m motorised dish broken

hi guys I live in Sydney and have had this dish on the roof for some 10-15 years. For a very long time I have not tried to moved it to different positions and when I tried doing that the other day to get Channel News Asia I found out that it is no longer rotating/moving.

Does this mean that I will have to get someone to replace the actuator or does it only need a bit of wd40 & a bit of clean up?

You basically have answered your own question because it could be one of several things starting with a seized rack, failed acutator, cable break, blown fuse or other fault.
So other than you giving every moving part a good spray, check all electrical connections are clean and properly connected if you want to, you may need to find someone who does installations to come and check your system and either repair it or give you quote.
