Why would Tony care if the Monarch or GG were terminated....?

Might be a suggestion it will be for border protection however it could be used to big brother the population.

Not that im against it, personally i think they should get the ones that can bomb and use that to control the illegal boats.

They didn't differentiate among the hierarchy and the " Lap Dogs " in the past !

I didn't miss the 's' - that's why I mentioned both the Monarch and GG.

So I'm still not getting your original point, unless you think Tony is the 'President' of Australia...

These fancy military drone have been developed to save the life of many soldiers.
Being able to take out targets without the need of risking the life on someone actually perfoming the action was the main reason for the intial founding of the drone project for the US.
During the development the military saw the potential to not only have a mobile weapons platform with a fancy remote control but also to be able to make the sytem adaptable to the needs of diffente units.
A side effect of this was that in the end these drone became a multi purpose tool instead of a simple remote controlled rocket launcher.
With the close relation of the usual agancies and the military development sectors the inclusion of high end surveilance tech was not just clear but also obvious for military purposes.
Leaked footage already confirmed that these drones found uses far beyond teking out military targets so thinking our drones would only use for border protection is just an illusion.

We could also use them in parliament, they'd probably be more intelligent than some of the drones already there.
