I know which one's photo I would've had in my wallet just before I went into battle.
Seriously though. Beer4life, what is your favourite Vera Lynn track?
Give us a link. Then we can meet again.

I understand your confusion.
She looks like she's about ready to clobber someone, not a redhead perchance? (I can't remember)
Gentleman, gentleman, if I may steer the thread back on topic. I believe the title is "The greatest Breasts...etc."
As Ladies from the 40's and 50's generally didn't 'get 'em out' for the camera all that much, I thought Ms. Russell was a fine example of some 1940's boobs. (unrestrained by the scaffolding that passed for bras back then)
As for her smouldering, Mediterranean looks... well let's just say, I wouldn't be crawling over her, to get to any of you.

After much cogitation, there are only three, just sang, singing, and next to sing.
All the rest can come in any order !
You can't fool me with your trick questions !

This Lady made Howard Hughes 'Spruce Goose' fly........
Can you imagine all of Hughes engineering skills and the HOURS he spent when called upon to make her a Bra for that Movie this 'Still' is taken from???
It took 10 years to cool down the film container before it could be released............
But getting back to the Thread, Vera Lyn was the Voice heard around the World and congratulations on the new album.
