mikey since you have just started your site now would be a good time to get rid of those frames.
Its okay, most people have scroll wheels on their mouse now so we don't mind scrolling up to get to the menu. frames can get messy with low res monitors and they can stump some search engine robots.
I inherited this site with frames and it has given me a good month of mind numbing work just to convert it back to a frameless site. (at least it is paying my bills)
rank1 whats wrong with the site ?
apart from the blokes
8. Signatures or user profiles containing commercial advertising for any web sites or advertising commercial goods will be removed , as will your account if you persist in doing it. This does not apply to Premium Members. Advertising banners are not permitted in signatures by any member group. A small logo may be permitted but if deemed to be too big will be removed at Austech's discretion.
Rod frames are generally frowned upon nowadays for the issues they can cause.
Basically there are four pages loading at that website, one for each frame, and a frameset to hold them all together. This means that if anybody links to one of the frames and not the frameset, the website will load incorrectly. So you have to hide all the frames from search engines and still hope anyone else doesn't link to the wrong frame.
Also if you like going over your netstats, it distorts them.
There are other reasons but these are the most pressing ones for me.
