does anyone have the details for aljezzera english on C1? I do a scan but cannot detect it?

the details are on : . Look up C1 and get the pids. You will need to do a manual pid load.

What box are you using?

Suggest you delete the details for 12367 V, first and clean load Aljazeera numbers first.

some boxes, like the STgold ones, let you do a PID scan when you scan a TP, if you can do this, then do so, on the foxtel TP @ 12637 V 27800 3/4, and enter the PID's Video=1121 Audio=1122 PCRpid=1121.

should come up as "user channel", or something similar.

if this option is not available, scan that TP with all channels on, and choose a foxtel channel, and edit the PID's accordingly, and then rename.

Voila!

choose a foxtel channel, and edit the PID's accordingly, and then rename.

Have you tried this...i use one of the ACC channels as it has the same freq/SR/pol and just change the name and the video and audio pids.

on my strong i had to scan in an excrypted foxtel channel off that TP, and then edit the name and PID's. so just manual scan in an encrypted fox channel on that transponder, and then go into channel edit, and edit any channel's name, and PID's, then save.

On a 4658x, version 1.07 of the firmware (it's on Strong's web site) allows you to add such a channel by simply selecting the correct transponder, then entering a name and the PIDs.

I tried a number of different programs and versions (not bouqet wizard though). DreamboxEdit 1.8 was the only one that worked properly (2.0 didn't). Other people recommend dreamset 2.0, but i had problems with this. I'm using a 7020 gemini.
Give these programs a go, i change/edit one of the ACC channels.....the whole task is surprisingly tricky.

I had to re-enter AlJezzera on my dbox last night and it worked. I changed the settings of the ACC channel and bingo....except now the 'now' & 'next' scheduling and information are the ACC (not AlJez) eg What would jesus do?, and Jesus rocks!

Does anyone know what i am doing wrong?

I was playing flight simulator x (with a proper flight yoke) yesterday while watching aljazeera.....i had a small chuckle.
(Yes, I realise it isn't a terrorist channel and is actually a good news network).
