Where did this guy come from.... i thought we left him in the 80's!
Dam bloke doesn't even look like he's aged either!
is all I get after waiting for some time for all the background process to load. It's a pity, as I was an environmental vandal (i.e. tree lopper) in a previous life and we dropped some pretty impressive trees in our time. You are currently browsing the web with firefox and your Video Player might be outdated

I posted this in the science section, however some of you may not visit there, so here it is again.

"You can lead a person to knowledge, but you can't make them think? If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem.
The information is out there; you just have to let it in."
At least your not getting the 'unsecure connection/invalid certificates' that I was getting recently but only with FF.
Reading you remarks regarding being an 'environmental vandal' in a previous life made me wonder if you might be a perfect candidate to 'March in the Green Army' now being formed by our illustrious 'I dont believe in Climate change' PM, Tony Abbott.
Personally, I would rather join up with Norman Gunstan and 'March in the KISS Army'.

This black guy cracks me up
For most of my life, I lived a delusion
Ok, all those who do not know what a manual engine choke and straight pipes are can leave now. The rest enjoy the fun as grandpa lights his bonfire.

I can't help but wonder if anybody has done some self endoscopy video with the inspection cameras.
Or put cameras in some seriously unusual places.
Yes I am an agent of Satan, but my duties are largely ceremonial.
So as a follow up to my previous crash video, the nice people at Hobbyking sent a replacement and I took it for a fly last weekend.
This flight went a lot smoother, but there was a point there where the radio lost contact and the plane went into a spiral dive, but I recovered it.
The same thing happened to a friends plane in much the same physical location the week prior, so I'm almost suspicious of some local interference.
I have also been testing a tiny camera on a tiny EDF jet.
This is a helmet view of the critter flying. I've put the radar on it and it flies about 150kph when the throttle is open.
The micro camera was mounted on it one afternoon last week and I took it for a fly up the road from my place.
Flying sunday with some friends, another test of the camera in some brighter light.
Eventually I'll find a good place to mount it and maybe even a higher quality camera.
But for now, these little tests are fun.

Nice landing in the first one!
When I was a kid, I used to wait for the old man to bring me home one of those CocaCola or Fanta yoyos so I could practice "walking the dog" and "rocking the cradle"..... sorry about the audio.....
The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.
Another wing suit skydiver dies.
Its unbelievable what these guys will try.
In hindsight I should have posted my Facebook status as: "I've blown the head gasket on my 1997 XR3i" rather than "I've just buggered a 14 year old escort".
The police still haven't seen the funny side, my lap top's been confiscated and the wife has gone off to her mum's.
One man and a camera.....

This was posted in the general chat section, from a different source, but I reckon it's worthy of mention here, for those who may not have read it there.
When it's my time, I want to go there!
"Sixty residents and staff at the Diana Isaac Retirement Village in Christchurch combined all their considerable talents to come up with this tribute, 80-odd years of happy. The residents wanted to show their children and grandchildren just what they're made of"
Not bad......

How good is that. Thats is so cool!
Its probably like life at home, you cant wait for the kids to piss off so you can do what you want.
Same in the Retirement Village, its all airs and graces when the kids and grand kids come to visit, but really, they cant wait for them to leave so they can muck up and have fun

Sometimes, its just seems like a good idea at the time...........
Go Jackie!!! I had no idea...... (Sorry for the shit music)
