Question How to start up ncphoenix?

I don't know if this is the proper place to ask this question, so here it goes.
ncphoenix was program from the old days. I was given a copy to look at and I can't get it to run at all. If some one has a working copy or knows how to work it please let me know.

Does anyone have a copy of the original NCphoenix package. I just want it for my collection to look back on one day. It's not as simple as just comming on here and downloading it now.

    I had some notes here.

Under windows XP (not sure what service pack I had at the time)
    run command.com not cmd
switch on card programmer set to normal (switch in) (mods are needed to programmer to work)
    carden <card number>

But like acer said it's no use anymore unless you are somehow going to make me a digital whitey for NDS
