iDreamX 10

Mac based client program for E2 boxes (Dreambox, Vu+, etc)
Anyone else use it? I find it is the single best One Stop program for OSX.
But, it keeps Expiring... you can download it from the source:

I have used from Version 3 to Version 10, all with improvements.
But it just keeps Expiring ever 2 or 3 months (Demo Version)
Yet i have found no way to get a Non Demo version!
There is no way to pay for it or donate, and when it expires, you just cant use it.

Does anyone anyone else use it? Have you got a better version that doesn't expire?

I have 2.7.0b. It has never expired, but the "Check for new version..." doesn't shoe anything newer. However under the Help button I have a "Please support 'iDreamX' and donate item" which takes me to paypal.

Thanks jgm, i have had around 6 different versions i'd say.
All expired after a few months.

The final one, iDreamX 10 is brilliant, streams HD no problems at all, even over a B/G Wireless network.
I will look for the Donate Button, if i can ever get the program to open again It closes the minute it opens, as it say's "Its a Demo Version, and the time has expired"

Only i have never been able to find a Full Version, including Tooloosofts website.

If you click the download button on the tooloosoft home page, it will give you the same version I have. The developer is relaht on world-of-satellite.com, but doesn't look like he has been on for over 12 months. It may be worth checking on the iDreamX thread there to see how others are getting around the problem.

I have been emailing him directly, very nice fellow.
He sent me a link that works and he explained that the software will keep expiring until he has a final version.
Frankly i think the last 3 versions have been spot on!
In fact, it did not really like this new one he linked me (Don't like the picons and epg in the Streaming Section, take up too much room)

Its a real shame the software expires though, i wish he would just disable that.
He must be a very clever man, it's such a great "on-stop" solution, miles better than anything i used on Windows.
