    Here is our Answer

How can you ADD this info to your "already" open dispute?
I can not see where or how to do that?

And you can not open a New Dispute, as it says you already have one open in relation to that item??

    Sweetcandy

I am still confused, people say in the screen grab above that eBay refunded me? Isnt it PayPal that refund you???

I tried to open a dispute within eBay, it just spat me out to PayPal...

Sweetcandy29... maybe it was a play on words, like Candy from a Baby.
    43 sales at $40 = $1720, not bad for 3 days work
No doubt he has done it under a multiple other names too.

The thing i noticed, which was odd, is he had the same feedback under multiple user names. How does that happen.
And i mean it was identical

We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your
    favour.

We were able to recover $40.00 AUD, and this amount has been credited to
you. Please allow 5 business days for this adjustment to be posted.

If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to
recover the balance from the seller.

If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed
to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the
seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account
    privileges.
    Well, that was fun.
PayPal dispute has been closed by PayPal, funds are to be returned into my account in 7 Days.

You do realize it will go into the paypal account, not into your bank account(it happened to me before).

Bahahah, it will not last that long!

But i was more or less happy with the PayPal resolution system.
Was handled promptly and hassle free.
No doubt these before me had paved the way

You have probably just paved the way for a quick resolution for me.

eBay must be plagued with these sleeping accounts....
Great way to cash up fast and run.

    Sweetcandy29 has been a member since 06-Aug-05.

He sold a few items soon after registering, then the account went quite until a few months ago.
He then Sold a few cheap products to get some good feedback, then BAM....
My only Question, why only show 43 items in stock?? Wouldn't you try for more sales, considering you have no intention of delivering the goods?
Perhaps trying to fly under the radar?

I got instantly upgraded to a claim as "the buyer cannot respond to your claim at this time".

Interesting to note that I had an email overnight from eBay saying they have removed the listing but if it's been posted I should get it.

    Don't think so

I got an email form eBay only today, stating i had not paid for the item!

WTF!... Great to see eBay and PayPal speak in different languages.

We're writing to let you know that we've removed an item you recently won:
    141322725445 - M8 Amlogic S802 Quad Core Android 4.4 Smart TV Box XBMC 4K Miracast/Air Mouse

It looks like you haven't paid for this item yet, and the seller hasn't shipped the item. Since we've canceled the transaction, please don't send any payment.

Thanks JasonC, i have enjoyed the XMBC M8 Toy, i feel neither is ready for general consumption just yet.
    Many issues with XBMC.

I am happy to sit on the boxes i have until it moves on and improves.
I hardly use it now anyway

paypal probably didnt release the funds till the seller sent it, meaning ebay see it as not paid.
either way your money is safe as paypal will have to lose out on fraud claims.
bit of a long wait but you should get your money back even if paypal or ebay is reluctant to give it back to you.
moral of the story is if its to good to be through then it usually is

I think we all knew it was bogas, but in this day and age, you never say never....
I almost wanted it to become a PayPal dispute so i could see how the process works on a cheap $40 product, before i ever had to try it out on an expensive product.

Didn't really need another M8 box anyway

Excellent news! Mine had not come through as of yesterday but I expect they will drag their heels a little.

Mate. When your money vanishes into China and you get nothing in return, it is always good news to get it back! There are many who don't.

The moral is to ALWAYS open a dispute before the 45 day time limit if the item doesn't arrive. Some vendors WILL reply and tell you that they will ship again if you tell them that you haven't received the item, but that is often just a stalling tactic to take you beyond the PayPal time limit.
