Hey, hope everyone's well!
5 days ago my 2 boxes stop working, (1st box - Arabic + English, 2nd only English) there's no card in them. Some people informed me I may need to update, which I don't think I do; as I have 2.10.29 the 1 with the working epg.
Others have said it's my subscription, if so...What are my options? Any recommendations?

If those decoders have a slot for a SMART card and theres none in them, its unlikely the loss of programing is due to a 'Subscription' problem.
There is a possibility the Satellite operator has changed something that may need an 'upgrade' or the others are the actual program owner has decided to change from a FTA service to an encrypted one but I would have thought that they would have advertised this change so as not to loose prospective customers.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!
