Anyway, i tried the first trick on my Uncle at lunch time, he put his 2 fingers in exactly the right spot to balance the cane.... Yup, there went that idea down the shit shoot.
I've been holding off posting a reply until the official explanations came out.
The one flipping the phone had me puzzled. It's common to see this behaviour with something like a tennis racket and I've been able to flip it so that it doesn't rotate in another axis
but I've never understood why it was unpredictable. (now I know). It says something about space craft manoeuvring too and has a lot to do with an RC aircraft I'm testing at the moment.
The teabag one sucks, and my confusion was more about it not being a rocket but just being lifted by shit arse convection. I want a refund on that question !
