Default Big warehouse spare part ripp off

Stay right away from Big Warehouse spare parts people, you put an order in, you pay for it and you don’t get it for weeks. Just try to get in contact with then, you can’t, email only with some BS

Most of those spare part centers that won't offer pickup or a physical address have only very limited stock themself.
As with too many items these days they take your order and money, contact their suppliers in asia and have it delivered.
In some cases the buyer get's the stuff directly from overseas but usually it goes to the warehouse first to be re-packed so it appears it came from here.
If I can't find any other sources I prefer Ebay or as a last resort contact the company first to check if the part is available and stocked.
For urgent things I also ask for priority delivery and howlong it would take - usually at this stage they have to admit if a part is not stocked.
The time where a dealer had rows of shelfs with parts are coming to an end, like the automotive sectore more and more use "on demand" systems

Correcto! Biggest crooks in Oz I have found (so far!) Ordered & paid for serv man for LG f/l washer-$30. After months only scuses, sent all copies to fair trading. after another month or so, f/t said the man was on LG website free!! gave me link, dn loaded. Then Big Wankhse actually were ordered by f/t to post me their printed dn/ld man- which they did! A good tip is b4 ordering from any on net supplier- google "is so & so a crook?" works!.

Yes, a Google search should be the number 1 thing to do before ordering from any online site.

Product review, that I posted 2 posts up, generally will be in the top 5 results if you Google the name of the site and review , ie , Google " Big warehouse review "

As a good rule of thumb always contact the manufacturer of the product for which you need spare parts. All manufacturers have preferred spare parts resellers. The problem with Big Warehouse Spares is that they appear to stock many parts for the major CE companies. In the case of LG, their mark ups are outrageous and you can do far better by going to . Best to avoid any ebay sellers if you want genuine parts.

Well I found a phone number for big warehouse ripp off & gave them a call about whats going on with my order, to keep a long story short the part was sitting on the self for two weeks waiting to be shipped out when the out bin for posting with other orders was full, I said that's SB and want my part now as "fast shipping was paid for" the part was received the next day. NEVER again with that mob.
