Exclamation moblie that does all bands ?

is there a moble that does all bands ?
like i know that optus and telstra have different 3g bands
one does 850 and optus does 900 mhz (i think) is these one phone that does cover these two in 3G because i have two diffent providers through work and it would be good to just swap over cards at different times

    thanks

looking now i see New HTC touch's.
Touch Pro and Touch Diamond list the three types of 3g bands 850 ,900 and 2100 but do they come with the all three of them of do they have differnt ones for different regions ?

AFAIK they all have the same radio in them. Just depends on the radio rom you use. Guys over at xda dev will be able to confirm it for you. I believe when you insert the sim card the phone uses a lookup table to see what frequencies to turn on and what ones to turn off.
