Google Playstore detail update?

I am not sure if this query goes here but I have set up a Playstore account to buy APPs for the Tablets but I recently changed my 'Debit card' as I misplaced it and now the number of the old one needs deleting as its no good anymore but I cant remember where to go to update the card details, Help anyone?

I had to open something called 'Wallet' which then showed my details which I simply dont remember doing when I set it up some ago.

Add or change a credit card or payment method

You can change your payment method or add a new one before making a purchase on Google Play. Here's how you can change your payment method using your device or computer.

Using your mobile device
Open the Google Play Store app Google Play Store.
Go to a paid item's detail page.
Touch the price.
If you're buying an app, review the app's permissions.
Next to the price, touch the Down arrow Down.
Touch Payment options.
If you already have multiple payment methods, select a different payment method.
To add a new payment method, select Add credit or debit card and type your card details. Touch Save.
Select Redeem to add a gift card or promotional code.
Complete your purchase.


Using your computer
Go to Google Play (play.google.com)
Go to a paid item's detail page.
Click the price.
If you're buying an app, review the app's permissions.
Click Continue.
Click the payment method drop-down.
If you already have multiple payment methods, select a different payment method.
To add a new payment method, click Add a new credit card or Add a Paypal account.
To add a gift card or promotional code, select Redeem.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
