I'm running 2.11.87 anad I have problems with the picture freezing if I leave it turned on overnight. When it freezes it stops responding to the remote and the only way to fix it is to power off via the switch on the back.
I also have problems with it booting up after being switched off (via the remote). Sometimes the MCAS doesn't see the card and I get no channels.
Might be freezing due to wrong macs version. Try latest with this firmware.

I also asked for update from ultrapower 3 weeks ago
no reply!
Have you emailed them direct from the address on about us page? As i used the contact page and it didn't get a reply either but sent one to the Hotmail address n got a reply next day i think

Is there actually a .97 update?? Usually you see it on the octagon site long before anywhere else and that is still on .87. AND still with no reply from the ultrapower guys.
Anyway, isn't the Xcruiser 600 software the same?
