Default Adobe Flash on Galaxy TAB3 ?

I wanted to run a video (advertising) on the Samsung Galaxy 3 that requires adobe but I got the message that it 'isnt supported on this device' .
I had a look on the Google Play store and while it shows 2 'Flash Apps', it seems one is an E-book and the other a tutorial, both of which cost over $10 each and the comments on both say they are NOT the Flash player.

I do have VLC player on the TAB 3 along with what ever else it came with to handle video but they dont seem to want to play this Adobe Flash one.

Its not vitally important to run this program but I was thinking one day I might need it so any suggestions please ?

If yours is the WiFI version than it uses an Intel CPU - no flash player for that.
You can try Puffin for some websites with Flash content but not for videos.
Maybe the old Android version will work for you, but only if your don't use Intel inside.
Flash is outdated and unsafe, there is a reason why so mony phones and tablets no longer support it

Thank you both for the replies and Yes, it is Wifi (16GB) Jelly Bean O/S with a 1.6 Dual Core Processor but NOWHERE on the box or in the printed in black ink on BROWN paper useless users guide does it mention or show the Intel Logo indicating it is an Intel processor installed.

If as Downunder35m suggests there is a problem with using Flash, then I might just give it a miss as it was only to 'run' a video advertisement as I have had no other problems running any other video on it.
