    Default Engin voip issues

Hi guys, new to engin only been using it a few weeks, what i need to know is what button do i press to change from engin line to landline, i thought it was the # button but no luck.

And lastly when i dial a 1300 number on my engin line and i need to press a number to access a particular department the button press does not register and therefore i can't access the appropriate department at all.

I guess the settings i have are possibly slightly wrong, any help would be great.

    thanks.

    Darren.

Go to engin's website and chat on line with tech support, they're great, tell them your problem and if needed they will remote desktop into your computer (with your permission) and fix the problem.

I have the linksys 3102 and # key toggles between voip and landline

    Hi there Justolder,

can you pls tell us what brand of ATA you have,
also maybe I can suggest you plug in a known working phone and then try your calls to the 13xx and pressing your keys to direct you to the right dept.

    Hope this helps.
