While I normally agree, the crook has only been charged with relatively minor weapons offences. The alleged 'associations' and flags amount to little more than hearsay. Unless he is charged with more serious offences there is unlikely a legal reason for him to be refused bail.

The guy who had the receipt should have his firearms license removed for not storing the ammo correctly while they are there charging people.

Well around here is a man that the cops hunted down after all up 17 counts of rape, child abuse and showing his private parts to kids.
He was caught finally but released on bail to appear in court at a later date.
Needless to say he did not report to the cops as ordered and when they checked he was nowhere to be found....
My trust in the AU justice system goes as far as I can throw a judge, since they are all fat and lazy this won't be far.
I mean what are the thoughts of an judge or magistrate when they let thiefs, rapists and sometimes even murderes run free in the hope they will turn up for their day in court?
Of course the sentence they face would most likely be a joke anyway, but I have my own thoughts why we have so many crimes happening on a daily base....
