    Default Magistrates WTF?

    I dunno what to say......

The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.

Just do what I do, roll my eyes and move on.

It appears that there is NOTHING that society can do to make these magistrates realize that they are NOT meeting the expectations of the society they serve.

As I said: Let the criminals live with the judge that set them free.
It makes me sick to the stomach to see how criminals are favoured over their victims in this country.

The sad truth of the matter is if they offended against someone in or esteemed public service, you could bet your left one there'd be jail time with no bail.

I do... the Magistrates are the the true criminals !

If they were held responsible for every crime committed from those they let out on bail then things would change.
OK one chance, but after one further crime, no bail, never !

Surely the magistrates should be charged as "accessories before the fact". Problem is, which of the "old boys club" would dare prosecute them.

    A question for you.....

How do you feel about the system, seeing as you work in it?

    Hopeless?

All the police i have met and spoken to believe in justice however most are at their wits end and how criminals simply walk.

Some badly enough to have just quit in despair.

I just don't let it worry me. I know that I cant control the outcome so why waste energy on it. I do my part, and I try to do it as best I can.

The police's role it to present the criminals to the court system, beyond that, it's out of their hands.
