    Short version please What equipment do I need, monthly costs, etc ??

    Short version (very)

    1. DNS server such as Getflix around $3-$4/ mth
    2. Netflix app found on some bluray players, some media players etc.
    Netflix is normally around $12/mth

    These prices are not exactly accurate but in the ball park

    Netflix: Movies (around 6 mths and older from bluray release)
    TV series...Ditto

    Have internet of reasonable speed and a reasonable download limit / mth

    NO ADS
