Question Anyone In QLD with a AM3+ Motherboard for testing?

    hey everyone

ive been given a mobo and CPU from a freind as he killed something and im convinced its just the mobo gone

was wondering if anyone in South East Queensland that would be generous to let me test my CPU

preferably an old board just in case the CPU fries it

really hoping it just the board gone as its a Hex-core AMD

    i have tried the following:

    Re-seating everything
checking board for blown caps and burn marks
cleared CMOS by the jumper and the battery
tried with no ram, 1 ram or 2 ram
tried with and with out the CPU
tried with and without GPU [bear in mind that this board doesnt have onboard graphics, have tried another card and both PCI-e slots]
is currently on a bread board
    tried two different PSU

what its doing is it powers up but dosent post, blank screen, fans at full speed, wont respond to power button, no speaker beeps

doing any of the above gives the same result

AMD Hex-Core [no idea which one]
    AsRock 970 Pro3
random 8gb DDR3 ram [good ram as im using it in my game pc]
Nvidia GTS240 [also tried GTX 460]
Thermaltake 430w PSu [also tried Casecom 700w]

    sounds stuffed
& removing the cpu should default the bios anyway
only thing i suggest is no power to the board
leave battery out over night, then try it
