First one I've experienced in windoze 7. All I was doing was modifying some code in VBA for Access 2010. I'm not worried yet, just thought I'd share.

In hindsight I should have posted my Facebook status as: "I've blown the head gasket on my 1997 XR3i" rather than "I've just buggered a 14 year old escort".
The police still haven't seen the funny side, my lap top's been confiscated and the wife has gone off to her mum's.
It was more of an interesting occurrence that I thought I'd share, rather than a plea for help. How often do you actually see a BSOD since Vista was superseded?

Rarely - but I too had one just this last week.
As it happens it turned out to be a dodgy stick of memory (well not really dodgy) on the last hot day we had down here the stick must have dislodged slightly and that activated the BSOD.

Interesting you say that, it may have been the cause of my BSOD as I have been getting the occasional pop up telling me that a USB device would perform better if plugged into a USB2 port. Considering I am on a lappy with only USB2 ports and the only USB device plugged in is my rodent, sorta looks dodgy to me.....I had a bad USB driver
i think mine was the porn cam
