Default convert multiple audio files/ formats to MP3

I have a folder named Music. Inside this folder i have 40 folders. Inside these i have multiple audio formats inc WMA etc.
I would like to find a programme that i can select my Music folder and convert everything inside to a basic MP3 format while keeping my folder structure.
NCH switch audio converter seem able to do this but when tested it copied my folder structre in its entirety but only 6 ish files then dies.
In total i have about 4000 songs i want to convert to a basic Mp3 format as some of my devices wont play WMa.
Obviously because of the large amount of folders containing files i need to avoid doing each file 1 by 1 and wish to convert my Music folder and all containing folders and files in 1 go? Any ideas?

I use Easy CD DA extractor.

It would be perfect for what you want.

You can load the whole folder to convert in one go, select output path, format, quality, file naming (Artist-Album-title, etc.)

    Cheers, Tiny

You do realise that transcoding will cause further degradation of the audio though?
