my brother and I bought one of these each and took them back last week
sometimes unresponsive to remote control and picture is too dim like watching through a layer of fog
not worth it imho

Yep, most 4K TV's suffer from very low refresh rates.
8K TV's are now developed, and released at shows, they are even worse when it comes to refresh rates.
You need a mega cpu to drive them!
Shame the ALDI TV didn't preform at a reasonable standard weirdo.

My lg has 100hz refresh rate and a quad Core cpu.
I'm very happy with picture quality.
On April 15, ALDI have a 'standard' 50 inch Flatsceen for sale for $555, the only 'extra' I can see above the usual features is it now includes that 'Audio Return Channel' .
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say, I just dont ever remember saying it !!
