On the face of it a very simple plot. A man has three sons. The sons go to, and die at, Gallipoli. After the war the man travels to Turkey and onto Gallipoli to try and find the bodies of his sons so that they can be buried in consecrated ground back in Australia.
The reality is that this is a multi-layered movie. Each viewer will have their own thoughts on this.
The numbers quoted at the end of the movie are jaw dropping.
The movie has some weaknesses but overall well worth viewing.
8.5/10
If Australia is a democracy why, then, is voting compulsory?
"What has changed between the arrival of the First Fleet and today?"
"Wearing leg irons is now not required."

Yes watched this the other night, and enjoyed it, tho a little far fetched when he pinpointed the spot where his 2 sons had died, was impressed with the water tower leading to his 3rd son tho, but well worth the watch I score it a 8/10
