If it's just a matter of money then I'll gladly chip in if it means getting metas for maps that run on Navcore 8.351.

I don't like Navcore 9 - it's slower than 8 and has some interface issues - so I stick with 8.351.

I used to keep a subscription with TomTom for two Go730s, but a couple of years ago TomTom HOME made it a requirement to use Navcore 9. I rang the call centre, got told tough luck and decided to never pay TomTom any money ever again.

If someone knows how to get a TomTom subscription that gives metas for maps that work on 8.351 then I'll gladly pay for it.
