Technical maintenance (service) manual for an Afikim Breeze-S Mobility scooter.

I'm after one of these for my old mans 3 wheeler mobility scooter.
I've searched the web but can only find an owners manual and maintenance manual for an earlier "Breeze" model.
If anyone can help out in any way it would be greatly appreciated.

The service maintenance manual is more of a workshop manual, sorry I should have mentioned that.You would be quite surprised what these scooters have in them when you have a look. I mainly need it to check voltage values out of the control module (S-Drive). My old man cooked the brushes in the motor and one of the commutator segments rose up higher than the others on the armature. The brushes were fine but the brush springs have heated to a temperature that caused them to lose their tension (they were purple : ) ). I machined the commutator, fitted some new springs that I robbed from an old starter motor and re-assembled the motor.
I suspect that the brake on the electric motor came on when it wasn't supposed to and I found a faulty electrical connection that proved that theory. I also fixed the potentiometer for the speed control as it used to surge up and down when driving at a fixed speed setting.
Now it runs perfectly, but instead of a top speed of 15 km/h, it only does about 10 - 12.
Parts prices for these are ridiculous, $135 for a new potentiometer and about $1500 to $2000 for a new electric motor!!! It has only cost me a couple of hours of my time so far to get it back up and running.
So I think it comes down to a slightly damaged armature, damaged brushes from overcurrent-overheating or not enough output current-voltage from the control module for whatever reason. If I had another scooter of the same type I could just take comparison readings but I don't have that luxury unfortunately.

Regarding the recall, yes I saw that but it relates to the "C" model, and not the "S" model.

Any chance a electrical motor reconditioner may be able to suss out the motor, maybe machine the armature, throw some brushes in and check the windings?

As I said in my last post, i've already machined the armature myself.
I also checked out the resistance of the windings and brushes but I need a growler to check the armature properly (I'm a qualified mechanic as well as a Cert 3 Electrician).
The workshop manual will give the voltage and current values supplied from the control unit at full speed, and with this info I can tell without pulling anything apart, where the problem lies.
My dad needs his scooter to get around on, so downtime is out of the question .

I have a repair manual in a pdf (i think its for the same one as yours) can you pm me your email and Ill send it or tell me how to post it here). Its worth a look it may just be the right one.
I used it to diagnose a similar problem a while back . may be a earlier model not sure

Thanks for the effort but unfortunately it's the one for the "Breeze" that I already have and not the "Breeze-S". The Breeze-S has a different motor to the earlier one.
I'm not sure if the current at full herbs is the same or not.

No, not really. The controller has to release the motor brake and apply it at the correct times. It also controls the rate at which it supplies current and voltage to the motor.
The potentiometer and controller seem to be working OK from all tests i've performed since. I didn't have my clamp meter on me at the time so I couldn't check the current with no load and under full load.
If the weather holds up over the weekend i'll get another go at it.

I got a response from the distributor and he's asking for the serial number, so maybe he'll give it to me?
