Stuck on tomtom screen

as mentioned in titled. i loaded new maps activated fine but just wont boot. stuck on tomtom page any help would be appreciated.

The No maps found error can occur if your device either has no map installed or the map is not readable. To resolve this, download your map again if you are still able to, or restore your map from a backup.
