Thanks George, but remember everyone, a cheap price isn't always the best way to go. Consider support when things are faulty, competent staff who know how to help you if you need it and shonky retailers who rip you off. (eg, selling you a mainboard but charging you for the accessories that come in the box; manuals, sata/ide cables, backplates, etc).

Do they really do that rufus?

    Never had that happen before.

Then again, the place I go to is pretty reputable. By the time i've finished squeezing the poor bugger down on price and making him run around back and forth to the store room, he's throwing in the power adaptors for sata drives, a tube of heatsink paste just to get rid of me.

this is a bit off topic, but it is done.

took me benz to a place for grease and oil change, i just paid the bill, never looked at it.

mrs saw it one day and there was $10 for sundries and $10 for washer and O rings, so i asked what it was all about, i was informed 1 was for phone calls and rags, the other was for the O rings for the oil filter and the brass washer where the canisters screws on.

had a blue with him, cause i gave him a couple of sugar bags of rags every time i went there, and the oil filters and grease he had in stock, so there was no phone calls, so i gave him a miss, bought an oil filter from mercedes and the O rings and washer were included, so the prick had been ripping me of for years, what hurt most was i was giving him between 5 and 8 trays of mango a year for bring a good bloke.

There may or may not be a cheap computer retailer in Auburn (Sydney) who is infamous for having stupidly low prices and I've been told first hand that these people allegedly sell each bit in the box separately. That should cover me from being sued.
