How do you add some online streams to your android players or other?

Ok, here is an online stream available for all on your PC or Laptop


Any idea how to add such a stream to a Smart TV or Android OTT box?
VLC?? I've tried, but failed.
I've looked through the page script, not much luck there either.
Perhaps the meta file is password protected?

BTW: This event isn't available on SKY Racing
