I don't have an electric boat however I have some knowledge of brushless motors & ESC's from my multirotors (drones).
First of all it aint as simple as just buying a motor & ESC.
Some ESC's & brushless motors are designed for spinning clockwise (CW) & some counter clockwise (CCW).
You may be able to reverse the polarity to the motor to spin the opposite direction or possibly not.
They have varying power ratings & RPM ratings; this will effect propeller choices.
For longer life the ESC & motor need to be a good match for each other.
Some ESC's need to be programmed, some don't.
You would be well served to read up on what is applicable to your boat or something similar.
You could try at & maybe do some reading there before posting a question in an applicable thread.
I would be really interested to hear what you come up with.
EDIT; another consideration is heat dissipation, your current electric motor has a water cooling system, so a replacement will also likely need to be fitting into that cooling system or have one of it's own.
Brushless motors designed for aircraft come in varying dimensions & the higher powered ones are designed with a high airflow environment for their cooling needs so are not a good replacement part for a boat.
I notice some of the high powered ESC's for boats have water cooling as well.
So you will need to source something designed for the environment of the inside confines of your boat.
