    Default PVR Advice

Just wondering if anyone has bought a pvr lately that they are happy with?
Mum wants one with a couple of tuners, season pass. Wifi with catchup apps a bonus though not necessary.
Looked at a few major brands, for every good review I read a bad one and am now going around in circles...

i bought a topfield trf7160 about 5yrs ago and have had no problems with

you can record up to 4 channels at the same time seasons pass

    i.e. 70 and 72 1 and 10

i would think the newer models would most likely have the other newer features you are looking for

I bought a Panasonic PVR a few years ago which is performing well.

A number of other people I know also have various model Panasonic PVR's which they are happy with.

Don't be put of by the odd adverse comment you read. You can't please all the people all the time.

Buy a well-known brand and you will not go far wrong.

Having said that, ALL manufacturers have the odd model which causes problems. That's life!
